A practical program that goes hand in hand with the classes. It enables students to apply the teachings using mindfulness, meditation and other methods directed towards overcoming stress, anxiety and negative habits. This program is very different to the Overcoming Problems classes.

Please note, a minimum of 2 years in the Overcoming Problems courses is required to apply for the Mindful Training Program and there is currently a waiting list.
