Tools for changing
A practical program that goes hand in hand with the classes. It enables students to apply the teachings using mindfulness, meditation and other methods directed towards overcoming stress, anxiety and negative habits. This program is very different to the Overcoming Problems classes.
The Training Program is only available in Sydney, at Ngal Sol Retreat and Training Centre. Other Overcoming Problems courses in Sydney are held at 12 Thomas Street Chatswood, a different location to the Training Program.
Please note, a minimum of 2 years in the Overcoming Problems courses is required to apply for the Training Program and there is currently a waiting list.
